Request a Reservation

To request a reservation for a K–12 Education Program or an Adult, College, or University (non-Harvard) self-guide visit, please complete this form. Starred fields are required. The form may be submitted from this website, printed and faxed to us, or used as a reference when calling us. Programs must be booked at least two weeks in advance, however, we recommend scheduling as far in advance as possible.

Once we receive your request, we will check availability and contact you if clarification is necessary. You do not have a reservation until you have received written confirmation. The estimated cost for your requested visit will be included in your confirmation packet.

Program start time

To allow for orientation, all groups should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled program start time. Groups participating in a class should plan to arrive 30 minutes before their class start time. If you are requesting a visit for a large group that exceeds size limitations, indicate below when you would like your program to start. A staff member will contact you to discuss accommodating large groups. Classes, Self-Guided Exploration, and Programs start on the hour or half-hour.
