General Information
Registration Desk: Yenching Institute, 2 Divinity Ave., Cambridge. Saturday 8:30 am – 12:00 pm
Parking: Limited Parking available only with weekend registration. Please request Parking Pass with registration.
Lectures: Friday evening lecture will be held in the Geological Lecture Hall at 6:30, the speaker reception will preceed the lecture, Peabody Museum at 5:30. All Saturday lectures will be held in the Yenching Institute, 2 Divinity Ave.
Lunch: Lunch on Saturday may be taken in nearby restaurants in Harvard Square (5–10 minutes walk) or by purchasing a box lunch with beverages in advance.
Cocktail Reception: Separate reservation required. Additional fee.
Workshops: Space is limited, please sign up early to reserve your place.Workshops free with Weekend registration, also available separately (includes museum admission).
Accessibility: All lectures, events, and workshops are handicap accessible. Persons with mobility impairments should call 617-495-2269 for additional information.
