LOCATION The base of the stela was found in situ approximately aligned with (and between) Stelae 3 and 7 on Structure 30, It was taken to the Campeche Museum in 1973.

CONDITlON Broken in many pieces. Where the sculptured area was exposed to fire, calcination was extensive; otherwise the preservation was very good. A large portion of the stela was not found.
