Policies, Fees, & Contacts

Peabody Museum policies regarding facilities rentals may be modified under special circumstances, and we reserve the right to cancel, should circumstances dictate.

  • Prices do not include cost of required Harvard Security ($50 per hour, minimum of four hours for a total of $200). Additional security may be required depending on the event and incur an additional fee.
  • A list of six recommended caterers is available, with payment due directly to the caterer.
  • Parking is available at Broadway Garage, 7 Felton St., or 52 Oxford Street, Cambridge. Mass., by prior arrangement. Please ask about pricing.
  • The Peabody Museum is handicapped-accessible.
  • Gallery tours may be available during an event. To schedule a gallery talk, the licensee should allow as much notice as possible to ensure availability. A fee will be be included on the final bill.
  • Please alert us to any special security requirements, needs, or concerns regarding the nature of your event or any of your guests.
