Peabody Curator wins 2017 Collier Prize

Peabody Curator of visual anthropology, Lisa Barbash has won the 2017 competition for the John Collier Jr. Award for Excellence in the Use of Still Photography for her volume Where the Roads all End, which documents the vast photographic legacy of the Marshall family's expeditions to the Kalahari in the 1960s. The award ceremony will take place at the annual meetings of the American Anthropological Association in Washington, D.C.
