School & Group Programs and Self-Guided Visits (K-12)
Museum programs are sixty minutes, unless noted otherwise. Arrive 30 minutes before program start time to register and receive a short orientation. Program fee includes time to explore the museum on your own.
Self-Guided Visits include two hours of exploration time and a short orientation. Fees include admission to the museum and the Harvard Museum of Natural History.
School and Youth Group Fees
Museum program rates start at $200 per group and include admission to the museum and the Harvard Museum of Natural History. Self-Guided Visits are $5 per student. Required adults (chaperones and teachers) are free of charge. Groups may be eligible for a fee reduction based upon the percent of students receiving free and reduced lunch. See chart for details. School and Youth Group Chaperones
One adult (teacher or chaperone) per five students is required for grades K-8.

Prepaid Museum Passes for Educational Institutions
High schools and other institutions can purchase blocks of individual tickets at the discounted group rate. Faculty, students, and staff will have the opportunity to visit at any convenient time—with or without their peers—and still benefit from the $1.00 discount.
The minimum purchase is 40 passes.
Students under 18: $7.00
College students: $9.00
Faculty/staff adults: $11.00
Educators are invited to visit the museum to develop the assignment for their students’ visits; MTA card-holders are always admitted free. To purchase passes, please contact Faith Sutter at email@example.com or at 617-495-3397.
