LOCATION This stela, broken and enveloped, by a tree, was found by the Third CIW Expedition. The fragments lay on the west side of Structure A-4, a range building forming one side of the court that surrounds an important temple, Structure A-5.
CONDITION Broken into nine fragments. The lower half of the sculpted face is fairly well preserved, while the upper is badly eroded. The stela has been repaired and reset.
MATERIAL Shelly limestone.
SHAPE Sides parallel with rounded top. The front is flat, and the sides are well dressed.
